In order to provide the best service and to be fair to all clients we ask that you comply with the following scheduling policy. you understand that booking in appointment is your acceptance to  the booking policies below.

Cancellation Policy

Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service total. These fees must be paid in order to rebook an appointment. If cancellations or no shows continue to be a problem you will not be able to make more appointments in the future. Thank you so much for understanding.

Hello! please come with your hair detangled and free of matts  prior to your service (if you fail to come in with your hair detangled you will be charged  $85+ an hour on top of your service IF IT is POSSIBLE TO DETANGLE YOUR HAIR.

 

All coloring services require a consultation prior to booking.

all weaves require a $50 deposit to confirm your appointment.

Guest

Due to the intimate atmosphere and limited seating we ask that you Do Not Bring any guests to your appointment. this includes significant others, friends, family members, and children unless its a minor that is being accompanied by a parent or guardian for an appointment.

Children

we are currently only offering services to minors who are at least 16 years old

Refunds

There are no refunds for hair services or fees collected by scheduling policies. if you are unsatisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days, we will make every effort to find a solution to fix the issue with your hair.

covid-19 

for the safety of everyone and the nature of this industry, if you have been exposed to covid-19 and/or have covid-19 please Quarantine for 14 days prior to coming to an appointment. Please wear your mask.  your nose mouth and chin must be completely covered during services. If you have a cough, runny nose or are not feeling well please reschedule your appointment.
